To exploit or not to exploit the area intended for development? How to design the development efficiently with regard to investment costs and operation? How to satisfy the interests of all stakeholders in real estate development? These and other questions are addressed in the lifelong learning course "Real Estate Development - Building", which is part of the new lifelong learning programme of the CTU in Prague. Taking place from October 2024 to January 2025, it is completed with an internationally recognised certificate.

The course responds to the societal need to deepen knowledge in the field of real estate development for private companies, state administration and local government. Its content contributes to the optimization of the use of real estate assets, and thus to increase the profitability of investments and the efficiency of planning and construction processes. At the same time, it aims to contribute to mutual understanding and improved cooperation between public and private sector entities in the real estate market and the built environment.

Applications for the new course "Real Estate Development - Building" are open until the end of September 2024. The courses are organized by Faculty of Architecture of CTU in cooperation with Masaryk Institute of Advanced Studies of CTU. More detailed information can be found HERE.
