I am using all of my experience gained during many years of major engineering projects management andexecution in a role of Global Technology Principal Engineer now. Building a number of new production capacitiesin area of confections and gum manufacturing allowed me to learn a lot about food processing technologies and how to design and build efficient and modern production lines.
